Cookies

How Desktop Garden uses cookies on desktopgarden.click: essential cookies, optional analytics cookies, durations, and how to refuse them.

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a site. This page explains what desktopgarden.click uses. For how we handle personal data more broadly, see the privacy notice.

Types we use

Essential. Needed to remember your cookie banner choice and to deliver pages. The site works if you reject optional cookies.

Analytics (optional). Used only if you press Accept on the banner. They help us see which public pages are read. They are not used to measure your app’s users. Rejecting them does not block forms, visits, or articles.

We do not load advertising networks. If a future article embeds a map or video, that third party may set its own cookies; we will name it here before that happens.

How to manage cookies

Use Accept or Reject on the banner. You can also clear site data in your browser. Blocking all cookies may forget your banner choice, so the banner can appear again; the rest of the site remains usable.

Third parties

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. That request may allow Google to see your IP address. It is not a Desktop Garden analytics cookie. You may use browser settings to limit third-party connections.

If you disable cookies

You can still read every page and send an enquiry. We may not remember a previous Accept or Reject until you choose again.
