What a visit costs, and what moves the figure

Prices are informational. We do not take payment on this site. An estimate is written after we know the build, the language, and whether recruiting is required.

First-open review

Starts at RM 6,800 for one app version, one language, one first useful action, and up to twelve recordings you already hold. Recruited sittings, extra languages, or a second first action are added after we see the flow.

Newcomer interviews

RM 4,200 for a set of six Penang interviews including recruiting and the glossary memo. Sets in Kuala Lumpur start at RM 4,900 because of travel days.

Welcome-copy sitting

RM 1,800 for one afternoon at the studio or on a shared screen, plus one revision pass on the string sheet within five working days.

Activation walkthrough

RM 2,600 for one named first action, walked on a clean device and on a weak-signal device. Extra first actions are quoted as half of that figure each.

What changes an estimate

A staff-only login that we cannot bypass. A build that exists only on TestFlight with a closed list. A flow that splits into three first actions (order, wallet, chat) that you want treated as one. On-site work on evenings or public holidays in Malaysia.

Deposits

We ask for 40% to hold a week on the calendar. The rest is due when the briefing file is delivered. Materials we purchase for recruiting (SIM cards, café tables) appear as line items, not as a hidden percentage.
