Six conversations with people who installed this week, aimed at the sentence they could not finish on screen.
We recruit six people who match the age and language of the audience you named, and who have not worked on the app. Each sitting lasts about forty minutes. We ask them to open the build, speak the labels aloud, and stop when a word feels like it belongs to the office rather than the street.
You receive clipped audio (with consent), a glossary of the phrases they used, and a short memo on which labels caused a retry. This visit pairs well with a first-open review when recordings exist but nobody can explain the silence on the permission sheet.
Travel inside Penang is included. Interviews on the peninsula beyond Penang are quoted with train or flight time.
