Welcome-copy sitting
A half-day rewrite of the first five screens, using the words newcomers already said.
Bring the current strings, the translator, and whoever owns tone of voice. We pin the first five screens on paper, read them in the order a tired person would, and replace office language with the phrases from interviews or support tickets.
The sitting does not include illustration or motion. It does include a marked-up string sheet your engineer can paste. We stop at screen five unless you book a second afternoon; long tutorials deserve their own clock, not a rushed extra hour.
