Terms
Terms for Desktop Garden onboarding analytics visits in Malaysia: acceptance, intellectual property, liability, and governing law.
These terms apply to the public website at desktopgarden.click and to visits you book with Desktop Garden (the studio at Level 8, 67 Test Avenue, George Town 00000). By using the site or confirming a visit, you accept them.
We provide professional sittings, interviews, walkthroughs, and written briefings about first-open hours. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell software, subscriptions, or physical goods. Quotes are invitations to treat until we send a confirmation email.
You keep ownership of your app, recordings, and string files. You grant us a limited licence to use them only to perform the visit and to store them until the deletion date in the confirmation. You confirm you have the right to share recordings of newcomers.
The briefing structure, interview guides, and public articles on this site remain ours. You may use the briefing delivered for your app inside your organisation. You may not republish our guides as your own training pack.
Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit other people’s personal details without a reason tied to a visit. Mock form endpoints on this static site are for demonstration of the enquiry flow.
We write observations and recommendations. We do not warrant a particular store ranking, retention figure, or release outcome. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for a visit is limited to the fees paid for that visit. We do not limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where the law forbids it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek urgent injunctive relief elsewhere to protect confidential recordings.
We may update these terms on this page. The date of the current text is 19 August 2026. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
